Labels do not merge correctly. Title appears before name. Thank

When I merge labels from an excel spreadsheet, the title appears before the
name.
How do I set it up so this does not happen? Thanks
 
What do you mean, "When I merge labels from an excel spreadsheet"?

You also say that the TITLE appears before the NAME. Not sure what that
means? Dr. John Doe shows the title before a name and is correct.

Is this a report? What are the fields in the report?

We need more details.
