labeling a multi-column report

In a multi column report, how can I have column labels appear over EACH
repeating column. I can put them on the left-most column only. Is this
possible??

If they sit in page header, labels appear OLNY over first set of columns on
left - not the 2nd set to the right. Therein lies my dilemma!! How can
they show over EACH set? dd
 
The way I've usually handled this is to copy the labels a second time and
position them appropriately.
