Label Question

I have a subform that uses the continious form mode.

Question?

I am wanting to use a label in the detail area to say "No Record Available"
when there are no records viewable, then when there are records, hide the
label

Is this possible?

Will conditional formatting do the trick? I've not had that exact
case, but I would think that would be the place to start looking.

This won't work if the Recordset of the Subform is not updateable since if
the Recordset is empty, the Details section of the Subform will disappear.
