Label printing

While printing labels defining 5160 Avery, Access only
lets me use size 8 font to get four lines of text. When
printed, only a portion of the label is used leaving
plenty of room for a larger font......I can use 12 font
printing on 5160 Avery through a Word document, why not in
Access?

Hi Jim

It's dead easy to make the change after the wiz has created the label.

1. Open your report in design view.

2. Select all the text boxes.

3. Change the font size (toolbar).

4. Resize the text boxes: Format | Size | To Fit

5. Move the labels so they fit without overlapping, making sure you do not
change the Height of the detail section.

6. Save.
