Label for text box

Using Access 2000:

When I drag a field from the field list onto my report I only get the text
box and no associated label with it. It seems like I use to. Can you get
both a label and the text box when you drag from the field list onto your
report?

Just figured out how to change the defaults. Click on the text box button
then click on properties and changed the auto label to yes
