Foreign companies, including those in Korea, are known to accept bribes that
are illegal for multinational companies that also do business in the US.
Intel is known to pay such bribes.

Actually, Korea is one of the areas where their competition authorities
are investigating Intel. Intel would have to be mad to attempt something
like that right now.

They may not be doing it now, but they have done it in the past. That is why
the authorities are investigating them.
