For what it's worth .. Avast and AVG both return a virus alert upon
attempting to download this booger. I think I'll pass.

Well, looks like it's an IE shell. The System Requirements says it needs
Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, and the faq says it is using Microsoft
Internet Explorer technology.
