known changes and errors

It seems as though there have been some changes made to queries in some
of the database that I use regularly for reporting. I have queries that
are using other queries and it seems as though someone has gone in and
changed the sub query names to one that don't exist but are similar in
name. Other times it seems as though some of the criteria I have in
queries are missing. It looks like magic but I am not finding it funny
and it seems to happen every month or so. Why would something like this
be happening? Can this occur from passing the limit of Access's
ability? Corruption? Virus (this one is not likely due to the security
of the work environment)?

I need help trying to figure out what is going on please.

For instance the guy who I replaced put a database in a network folder
for me to use for End Of Month and when I went to run some of the
normal monthly queries they were base on either the wrong sub query or
one that did not exist at all but was close to in name.

Thank you all for any help.

If you're the only one that should be making these changes, try putting a
database password on for a while and see if the changes go away.
