About:
KnowledgeTree is a feature-rich document management system featuring
knowledge management, document version control, hierarchical document
management, support for common file formats (MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, TXT,
HTML), extensible meta data, creation of custom document types,
application managed document links that guarantees consistent data and
eliminates emailing documents, easy publication of documents,
subscription agents, archiving according to expiry date, expiry time
period, or utilisation for enhanced speed, and much more.
Changes:
JavaScript scrolling can now be turned on or off in environment.php. A
default document type was added and mapped to the default unit folder to
allow immediate document addition after installation. Backend
functionality for breaking folder permissions was added. Folders will be
able to either inherit permissions or set their own. Administrators can
now change user passwords through the user management section if KT is in
DBAuthentication mode. Bugfixes were made.
