kndmiq32.exe

When i log off windows, i get an error message that
kndmiq32.exe is not respoding. I don't know if this is a
virus or windows file.
I searched my c-drive and found kndmiq32 in
C:\windows\system32 and also found kndmiq32.exe in
c:\windows\prefetch.
Can I delete this exe. file without screwing up my
computer?
