I'm now using A7N8X with AMD XP2100+ T'bred "B". Using Crucial 2100 DDR
which will run ok at 190 fsb & lowered multiplier AND at 166 fsb with stock
multiplier (13)--both around 2.16 gig. Should this Kingston HyperX, esp. if
I use PC3500, help me reach or even exceed 200 fsb? I'd like to get close
to 2.3 gig(just an arbitrary goal), and have a sale for my present ram.
What if I use only HyperX PC 3200? Has anyone had success overclocking
the HyperX Kingston in general?
BTW: I am told it will do better with one 512 than using two 256's in
dual channel mode?!?! Others' ideas/experiences?
