Kinds of cursors and thr usage/meaning. Duplex print icon to too

In MS Word, sometimes different cursors appear. Like a zero with line thru
it or a cross with arrows at ends of arms.... I don't know what they mean,
or how they appeared. Nothing remotely related came up in Help.

Also, I can't find how to add a duplex print icon to toolbar. There used to
be one there, but lost it somehow.

In Windows, go to Control Panel | Mouse | Pointers for an explanation of the
different mouse pointers.
