KILOGRAMS TO POUNDS

Good afternoon,

I am hoping someone can help. I am trying to create a control on a form that
will allow me to enter in kilograms and when I press the enter button it will
convert that number to pounds. We have a fleet of vehicles in Canada.
Canada's GVW for vehicles are in Kilograms. To make my life easier, I would
like to create a control that will allow me to enter in Canada's GVW and when
the numbers are entered the are converted into pounds after a press enter or
click. Please help!!! Please let me know if this is not clear enough.

Thanks in advance for your help
Hopeful:)

Don't know the exact conversion factor, but I believe LBS =(KG*2.2)

Use the AfterUpdate or OnExit event of your text control to update the value
Me.MyGVW = Me.MyGVW * 2.2

Need Help,

You could also add an unbound control to your form, enter [Me.MyGVW * 2.2]
as control source (leave out the brackets). Enter kilograms in the first
control as kilograms. Then you would have both pounds and kilograms.
