I found this file at C:\WINNT\system32, anyone knows about what this file is
about ?
There is a red bomb icon in front of this file name in Windows Explorer
right pane.
I am afraid this is a spyware or viurs.

Its a System Tray utility which gets installed by the drivers of some
SiS VGA cards.

Can cause errors at startup and isn't required so you can remove it from
the Run key in the registry
