Keystroke Difficulties

While working in a spreadhseet I believe I must have hit a key in error.
Now, whenever I wish to use the "/" key on the number keypad I receive no
response. I also get no response when using the "/" key on the alpha
keyboard. All of the other function keys on the muber keypad work properly.
It seems the only way I get use of the "/" key is after I have entered other
functions and/or values, or copy and paste from Word. Any help with this
would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Wollam,

the "/" is a shortcut to menu bar, both numeric or alpha keyboard work like
this, to use it type ' before.

From top menu go to Tools | Options. In the Transition tab, clear the entry
box labeled Microsoft Office Excel menu key.
