KeycodeV2.dll error

I developed an app that execute a stored procedure from my SQL DB, and fill a
table with the data i want to show in my CrystalReportViewer.
When I execute the solution in my computer it works fine but when i install
it in any other pc without vb installed i get this error: 'cannot find
keycodev2.dll or invalid keycode' can anyone help me please?
