when i first purchased my computer with its keyboard, all
of the buttons at the very top of the keyboard functioned
correctly,ie camera, shopping trolley, envelope etc. now
none of them performs any function. can anyone shed any
light on how to correct whatever it is that i have done
to disable these keys?

Ken,
You are most likely going to have to uninstall the software that
came with the keyboard and REinstall it.. Things happen.

Check if the third-party driver for this device is instaled correctly
or reinstall this driver.
