Keyboard

When the computer boots, I get a wizard that wants to install my keyboard.
It had been fine till last night for some reason. It wants the mskbcoin.dll
file.

I point it to C:\Program Files\Microsoft IntelliType Pro 5.2 but not there.

I unstalled again from Add/Remove Programs the IntelliType Pro 5.2 and
deleted it from Windows Explorer. I also removed unknown keyboard from
Device Manger.

I boot and the same thing. What is this mskbcoin.dll and where can I find
and download it? If can be downloaded, then what folder should it be placed
in?

I also tried using the original CD that came with MS Wireless Keyboard and
Mouse. When asking for the mskbcoin.dll, I browsed to the CD and still it
can't find it.

The keyboard is working fine. I just want to get rid of this annoying wizard
that keeps coming up upon boot.

Thanks,
Ed.

Locate the MSI installer cleaner in the MX Office web site. You may have a
bad/corrupt MSI entry for the Intellipoint driver (like for me when I first
installed my Intellipoint 4.xx drivers years ago)

OK, thanks for the reply. I did a google for MSI installer cleaner and find
no place to get it.
I will keep trying and if I find it, I will give it a try. Hopefully that
will take care of the problem.

I know it's not the keyboard being bad because I have wireless mouse and
keyboard and them on this computer and the same thing keeps coming for that
keyboard too.
