Keyboard shortcut to format number to Integer in Excel

I am looking for keyboard shortcuts for blind and partially sighted users of
Excel. I am unable to find the shortcut for formating numerical data to
Integer, or deleting a row after highlighting.
 
If an entire row or column is selected Ctrl-Minus will immediately delete
it. If a cell/range is selected this shortcut will pop up a dialog asking
what you want to do.

There are shortcuts for some number formats. Ctrl-Shift-` for instance is
General. You might grab the file on Excel shortcuts from Chip Pearson's
site if you haven't already for a comprehensive list of all shortcuts in
Excel:
