keyboard shortcut for adding $$

Is there a keyboard shortcut for adding $ (NOT currency...) to a cell to set
row/column? I feel like I'm constantly trying to click the cursor between
the row and column in cells and manually adding the $... a shortcut would be
helpful. Thanks!

When editing...
Click anywhere on the reference
Press [F4]....Each press cycles through various relative/absolute
configurations.

Example:
A1: =B1........click in the B1 section
[F4] =$B$1
[F4] =B$1
[F4] =$B1
[F4] =B1

Does that help?
