Keyboard (Rapid Access)

The instant start keys on my keyboard will not work with
Windows XP. These keys start applications such as Word or
Excel. They worked fine with windows 98. When I try to
start Rapid Access to set up the keys I get the message:
aptezcfg has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Tell MicroSoft about this problem. I have sent the error
codes to MS about 50 times.
Has anyone encountered this problem or have a fix?

sounds like your vendor problem .... not windows.!
