Keyboard key not working

[Pappion]

I think I lost the answer to this...but I have XP Pro, OE6.00+++, HP desktop
business computer, large HD, et al... but my Esc key will not work. Also, my
Tab key won't tab left and right when I'm in OE to move within the Folders.
I have to use a screen reader, and ZoomText, so often utilize the Tab key if
I think I can see something.

Any suggestions? Thank you
