keyboard error when entering standby

I know this has been discussed and brought up on this newsgroup before, but
I can't seem to fix a laptop that is experiencing the following error.

The device driver for the Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2
Keyboard" is preventing the machine from entering standby mode.

I have done a search on this error and I keep reading that Adobe Font
Manager and PGP should be removed. This PC doesn't have either program
installed. I've also updated the video drivers and that didn't help any.
I've searched the registry for Adobe Font or anything related to this and
can't find anything. I've even removed all Adobe programs and that didn't
seem to help any.

Any other ideas from anyone out there would be greatly appreciated.

Oops. I didn't read far enough to see you check that out.

You may have some other, lesser known, software that is causing this.
