keyboard command for fixing conflicts in Outlook

There is a keyboard command for unlocking (unfreezing) Outlook. What is it?
Some emails completely lock-up my Outlook when I try to read them. I once
knew
a keyboard command which gets rid of all of the incoming stuff which causes
this, but can't find where I wrote it down.

Does anyone know what this command is?
 
there is no single keyboard command. there are command-line switches for
Outlook that solves various problems. /safe might be one that suits you.
search the Help files for "command-line switches".
