Keyboard arrow keys

My puppy walked across my keyboard and now my arrow keys (up, down,
left,right)doesn't function correctly. Instead of moving to the next box it
moves the screen left-right or up-down.

I believe there's a simple answer, something like the Fn key if it's a
laptop, or disabling sticky keys, otherwise. But we need more information.

What program or window has "boxes" that the cursor would move to?

The screen moves Up, down, etc.. Do you mean a window moves that way?
If the screen, is this a laptop? I believe you've activated a control
to pan the screen around but I'm not sure.. more information, please.
