Keyboard and mouse problems

I have been trying to get XPE to run on a Versalogic EPIC2 board (with
Geode). I have built an image and it does load in safe mode. It runs
to the Windows ctrl-alt-delete logon screen. But the keyboard and
mouse do not work. The keyboard lights will not come on. The cursor
appears on the screen but does not move. It is a enhanced PC/AT PS/2
keyboard. The corresponding component was included. For mouse, I've
tried a Logictech Trackman PS/2 device and an MS USB IntelliMouse.
Both of these components were included. Based upon other messages in
this newsgroup, the following components have also been included in the
image:

Winlogon Samples
HID Devices
Class Installers / Hardware compatibility
PnP (User mode)

Any ideas why keyboard and mouse do not work?

Also, the FBA had to be run in safe mode. Without safe mode I get a
bluescreen with a 0x27 error. (Something about RDR_FILE_SYSTEM).

The errors in fbalog.txt are:

[FBAApplySecurityStringToRegKey] RegSetKeySecurity Failed! Error: 0x6
[FBARegQueue: DllInstall] D:\WINDOWS\system32\eventcls.dll (Error:
0x8000ffff)
[FBARegQueue: DllInstall] D:\WINDOWS\system32\swprv.dll (Error:
0x8000ffff)

The first few errors in setupapi.log are:

E089 Failed to load the OLE Control "D:\WINDOWS\system32\ipsecsnp.dll".
Error 126: The specified module could not be found.
#E291 Failed to register OLE server "D:\WINDOWS\system32\ipsecsnp.dll".
Error 126: The specified module could not be found.

#W082 Could not locate a non-empty service section
[MS_NETBT_SMB.PrimaryInstall.Services] in
"d:\windows\inf\nettcpip.inf". Error 0xe0000102: The required line was
not found in the INF.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken

Try adding these components...

For the mouse :
Generic USB Input Device Support

For the keyboard :
PCI standard ISA bridge
Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard
