I type from time to time in French and Spanish. Where do I best learn which
key to type to get the correct accent on a letter, example é and others?

How do you get ? when the keyboard is set-up for typing for French, and how
do I get the accent aigue and accent grave?

Open the character map. If you can't find how, type in character map the help line
