You will definitely need to be more specific and in more detail.
What is "security word (key)"? What OS?

No problem. NTx OS logon passwords are stored in the registry, but you
cannot see them. First, they are inside a key (HKLM\SAM) which by
default no user (even Administrator) can access. Secondly they are
stored encrypted and are not recoverable except by special cracking
tools.
