key required for XP embedded and CE

Hi, I want to revive my old Thinkpad laptop with Windows CE or XP
embedded, to run it diskless from a CF-card as a picture frame,
privately in my home.

I have a valid XP Pro license key on the machine today already. Would
this license do it for XP embedded, too? For CE, even?

Or, would I have to buy a new license? If yes, how/where?

Is there a way to privately run XP embedded or CE license-free, resp.
to trade my XP Pro license with XP embedded?
