I would note that this good comment is modified if one is making use
of the "Presenter View" on two displays. In that case, the cursor
must be referenced to the fullscreen display and not the presenter's
console display for this to work as described.

To reference the fullscreen display, the cursor needs to be moved to
appear on it and clicked. It can be moved away, but must not be
clicked or the reference will return to the other display. At least,
that has been my experience in v2003.
