kernell32.dll error

hello all,
i've two operating systems running in my pc.one of them showing the
error "kernell32.dll missing reinstall it". how can install this file
in other os which is not opening at all. can i repair this problem
from my currently running os
 
If you put the Windows CD in the drive you can run a repair on the partition
which contains your damaged windows install. Directions are easy to follow
and can be found through a google search if you get confused.
