I know it works well with V 2.1.5.

You might have to restart in safe mode to apply the patch.
It says it requires Kerio not to be running in order for the patch to
work, and yet when I shut it down the patch still refused to work.
A trip to safe mode sorted the problem.

Kerio will later ask you confirm a change to its own exe file.
