keeps trying to send e-mail not in outbox

Outlook keps tryin to send an e-mail out. there is nothing in my outbox. How
do I stop it from trying to send a non existing (to my knowledge) e-mail out.
or besides the outbox how can I found out what is ben sent out, or trying to
go out?

That did not worked. i know that I canniot send out of that address anymore.
But it won't stop trying to send that message that i cannot find anywhere
