Keeping up with what Form works with what Query ??

OK, I'm ending up with a lot of queries and forms.

I have forms that get their data from queries that get their data from
tables

I have forms that open other forms when certain fields are double clicked...

All this is forming a maze it seems as I am now haveing trouble remembering
what form works with what, what query works with what, etc.

I've started using Groups but it is still a challenge to keep up with how
all these objects tie together.

Is there a tool that draws a map or somehow helps us keep up with all this?

I put notes right on the forms and reports. ie, in small print at the top of
the report, the name of the query(s) the report pulls from. On the form, put
the name of the tables, or other forms that are opened.
This will also make it easier for the next person in charge to figure out
what is going on.
