Keeping envelope format bug

I was wondering if there has been a fix released to
address the problem with envelopes not retaining their
page setup format when deploying an application? Or,
anyone have any ideas how to get around it? Right now,
after I deploy an application to a client machine, I have
to reset all of the envelope reports in page setup.

Rick:

a couple of things to try.

1.) If you are on Access 2000, then make sure that the client has installed
service release 1 & 2 to resolve a known bug about reports not holding paper
and orientation settings.

2.) Make sure that the report is set to use the default printer using
File -> Page SetUp -> Page tab, clicking the radio button for Use Default
Printer

3.) if all else fails, stop by our web and look in the Code and Design tips
area under reports for code that will allow you to set the paper size and
orientation for your report before its previewed / printed.
