Keep Rules and Alerts Window from disappearing

No option exists within Outlook for giving suggestions to improve the
product. It would be good to make it easy for customers to do that.

Here is my suggestion: I use Rules and Alerts to send about half of my
incoming email into folders. The only way I have to know that I am receiving
these messages, besides doing a search of Today's mail, is by means of the
News Items Alerts window. Too often, I prematurely close Outlook before
looking at all of the items. There is no warning. Once Outlook is closed,
there is no way to retrieve that window to see what else has come in. How
about a warning or a way to retrieve the window?

use the Unread messages search folder in Favorite Folders pane. that
shows ALL unread messages in ALL your folders within the pst file.
