Keep my graphic from moving in Word

When we insert a graphic in a newsletter with columns, the graphic displays
on screen in the location that we want. However, when the document is
printed, the graphic has re-positioned itself. Is there some way I can drag
a graphic and get it to remain in the postion I dragged it to.

Publisher is MUCH better for creating Newsletters than Word...better positioning, layers, etc.
