Keep getting messages when I am on the net

Hi
My Grandaughter has been to my machine and since then at around 4pm when
School finishes, I get pop ups in my bottom right-hand corner. I think her
friends think that I am her when I connect to the intenet. She has a Hotmail
account. I thought that I had got rid of it on my machine but still keep
getting these strange messages,
