keep focus & window steady

Hi,

When running code, the window focus moves a bit. Can someone suggest quick
ways to keep the window stable (instead of the time of analyzing large
procedures of code of the reasons...). Some code in the beginning and end of
the sub would be perfect...

Try this at the start

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

and this at the end
Application.ScreenUpdating = true

of your cod
