keep copy of messages

Hi,

How can I set outlook so it keeps the messages on the servers from the
provider for 3 days ?

I know how to do it in OutlookExpress but can't find it in outlook.

Depending on your version, which you failed to mention, do Tools-Account
Settings, highlight the account, click on "Change", More Settings-Advanced.

but now I think about it.
It should be the SBS exchange server that should do the trick
"He" is collecting pop3 accounts from an external provider and there should
stay a copy.
Is that possible ?
Or is this NG not the right one ?
