KB923789 Update failure

Using MS update continually tries to downlad High Priority "fix" KB923789.
fails to install - latest Adobe (Macromedia) Flash Player v. 9.0.28.0 is
installed. Wiun XP Pro SP2 all other known updates installed. Please help,
