I need to install XP Embedded's equivalent of the XP Pro KB885453
patch. This patch corrects a PEAP authentication issue. How do I find
proper update?

Sorry, don't have any good answer for you.
But if you can't find it on OEM Secure website or MSDN you are out of luck
and you will probably have to componentize the update by yourself. (you may
want to start with the update INF file)

Sorry for this question. How do I componentize the update?

Importing the update's INF file in the Component Designer?
You an extract all the files from the update's executable by using either /X
or /C switch.
Don't forget to create and associate with a repository in the component's
SLD.
