KB832483 (MS004-003) broke Outlook Web Access on Exchange Server

OWA (>default web>/Exchange) is broken after applying
KB832483
The Windows Update History lists it.
But Add/Remove Programs does not list it for removal
And there is no Uninstall subdirectory within WINNT.
How do I uninstall this?
Any help will be appreciated.

Fixed this by using IIS admin to reset the security for
the EXCHANGE virtual directory.
First tried to reinstall OWA but it failed to complete.
