KB829019 and pchnotify.exe

On installing the update KB829019 I have been receiving a message
"pchnotify.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"
each time I restart or startup my computer.

Is there any easy ways to correct the error caused? Reading the messages
others seem to be having the same problem.
 
Brian thank you for your help.

On running the recovery cleanup utility my computer does not need this
update and I am unable to locate the HP Help and Support Centre Update on the
HP website.

How do I remove it from the startup? and can it be reinstated if need be?
