KB log files

I find many KB...log files in my C:\windows root directory and wonder if
these are needed or can be deleted?

These files are useful when a Windows update installation fails since
they often contain detailed information. If there were no problems, you
can delete them safely.

Hi,

You can safely delete all KBxxxxxx.log files, they just contain
a log of what happened during the installation of the updates.
