KB limits maximo of storage of the rules

There is a reason that exists 32 Kb limits maximo of storage of RULES &
ALERTS or exist a possibility of increasing that limits. I believe that that
limits is small compared with the today necessities.

Microsoft apparently agrees with you. The top limit will be 256k in Exchange 2007, and admins can control the per-user maximum.
