kb article 817298 hotfix

I'm seeing a code 128 and symptoms described in the above kb article. It
refers to a hotfix but I can't find it.
Can anyone help with a link to this item?

thanks Dave. Whats so special about this one that it isnt posted as a
download resource?

Nothing special. This is just their standard procedure for hofix deployment.
