I downloaded the KB 890830 tonight and when it was finished I looked in the
Log and saw that no infections where found, but the following was noted:
"Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool v1.33, September 2007
Started On Tue Sep 11 20:38:48 2007
->Scan ERROR: resource process://pid:2672 (code 0x00000057 (87))
->Scan ERROR: resource process://pid:2672 (code 0x0000054F (1359))"
I looked in Process Explorer but there was no PID 2672 listed.
Does anyone know what this means and is it serious?
Thank you for any helpful answers.

The main thing is as you noted "no infections were found". Keep your
antivirus program up to date and use a firewall . Scan error means it could
not perform something it wanted to do. Ignore the message.
