KB 826722 Hot fix. File always in use.

I need to download the hotfix refered to in this article,
but cannot find it.

Is it available via windows update?

The problem I am having is when our client creates, copies
or duplicates any file from his XP machine to the 2000
Server, he is then unable to delete the file. He always
gets an error stating the file is in use.

KB article says this is a known issue. I'm just trying to
figure out where or what I can download to take care of
this.

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product
Support Services to obtain the hotfix, just like it states in the article.
