Kazaa won't go away

Running XP Home and having trouble removing Kazaa using Add/Remove.
When I try to remove it I get a dialog box stating that windows cannot
remove
because it couldn't load C/Windows/system32/clint.dll module.
What am I missing here?

You ran an anti-spyware program and it deleted that file. Reload Kazaa and
then immediately delete it.
